J - 3 Years & B - 2 Weeks

We've made it through Thanksgiving, which brings us to having an official 3-year old and a 2-week old as of today!

We had family around starting Wednesday. We made it to Thanksgiving church on Wednesday evening and celebrated with the Ceynowas and Breuers on T-Day with Jenaya's family birthday party in the afternoon. We ended the family weekend with Ingebjorg's baptism on Sunday. We are set to have Brynna's baptism this coming Sunday at 2:00 PM at our little church on Western Ave. in Sioux Falls.

A moment witnessing Jenaya's maturity struck me tonight. Sometimes it's the little things that do it. Ali asked Jenaya to bring her plate to the counter after eating supper. She pulled open the garbage drawer to dump her scrap food away. Some of it stuck on her plate so she went to the utensil drawer and took out one of her knives and scraped it off. So, a little thing that made me think wow...we've got a young lady on our hands!
