Ever since accepting an offer on our current house we've primarily planned on building new. Just as we were ready to sign with the contractor, our realtor had one house he wanted us to see first. That was Friday night and now we have a purchase agreement to close June 1, 2010. We will still have to make use of the apartment/townhouse we had pegged for the new construction plan, but that's okay. This house was built in 2004 and is smaller in squ. footage than what we planned but well designed with a great finished basement. It also has plenty of "options" we wouldn't have been able to go with and all the appliances to go with it. It is located just down Blue Mound Avenue a half mile from our current home. It never made a web posting since the sellers had signed with the realtor the day before, so here are some pictures!
